In the event that asum is expressed to be payable as liquidated damages, the Parties agree thatsuch sum is fair and reasonable in the circumstances where such liquidateddamages are payable, and represents a genuine pre-estimate of the loss thatwill be suffered by the Client in such circumstances. Any payment of suchliquidated damages by the Supplier shall not derogate from or reduce itsobligations under this Contract, or otherwise relieve the Supplier from theperformance of such obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event thatthe Client is entitled to terminate this Contract, any payment of suchliquidated damages by the Supplier shall be without prejudice to all rights andremedies of the Client in such event, including but not limited to any right toclaim against the Supplier for general damages arising from or in connectionwith such termination.
