Scope of supply includes Material procurement ,fabrication,control assembly,inspection,
disassembly after match marking,suitable stiffening&Transportation to the Project Site.

plate thk :40 to 90mm
Material Specification ：P355 NH(1.0565) EN 10028 or ASTMA 537CL1
fabrication requirement：
．Plates to have edge preparation at all four sides.
．Plates to have holes for stave fixing as well as stave water connection.these holes are to be
CNC gas cut before plate bending.
．Plate bending for requisite diameter and cone angle.
．Control assembly for individual rings
．When control assembly of two rings (one above another) are complete and accepted by us,
Then bottom ring can be dis-assembled after suitable match marking.
．Dis-assembled ring to be suitably stiffened and transported to site.
．Same has to be repeated for all rings.
Note:
．Pease note that welding of one segment to another or one ring to another ring is not
Included in your scope.
