The Seller wants the terms of the DLC be stated in the Contract.He insists that if the terms & conditions in the DLC are not acceptable to his boss,it is of no use to proceed with the Contract.Seller only wants to get some idea of Buyer's DLC and he reiterates why can't the Buyer show him only the text of the Draft DLC.If the Buyer had some previous DLCs that were accepted by other suppliers,the Buyer can show him the text with the important thing concealed.Please ask the Buyer to comply so that we can move on immediately with the deal.
