I have lots of problems.I don't know how to deal with them,either.So l'm very worried and stressed from time to time.
One main cause of stress is time.I haven't any time for my hobbies,such as go on a trip and sleep.Now,I spend most of my time on study.Sometimes I don't get enough sleep,so I feel tired in class.In the last summer holiday,I planed to go Beijng,but then,I have to foget this plan because of time.I really feel bad about that.
I wish I could't study any more,but I think it isn't possible.Sometimes I feel bring and stressed.What should I do?Can you give me some advice?Thanks a lot.
