With digital technology and Internet technology,copyright protection is particularly important network information.Compensation for copyright infringement on the Internet in China should apply the principle of fault liability,consistent with legal principles,in line with national conditions,conducive to a balance between the network and the interests of copyright holders,is conducive to punish violations,but also conducive to protect the Internet industry.I will copyright infringement damages attributable to different principles,violations of the constituent elements and principles of tort liability to illustrate this point.
