i think it is easier to forget.
Even a man with poor memory can remember him name or something matter which he won't forget in all his life. Maybe you feel hard to recite a passage or a new vocabulary of a foreign language. However if trying to forget how to drive once you have learned, you will feel as hard as jumping onto the moon.
