就是文法对但是外国人没这种讲法

1.I tell who he is.tell在此当作识别; 辨别意思----一般不这样说,如果非要这样说,也习惯说i can tell...
2.Can I tell you who he is?符合语法,在特定上下文语境中也符合逻辑
3.Can you tell me who I am?同2
4.Can I tell you who I am?符合语法,很少在实际应用中这样说.
5.Can you tell me who you are?同3
6.I will know who he is.同3
7.I will tell you who he is.同3
8.I can tell you who he is.同3
9.I couldn't remember who he is.不合语法,is改为was
