first,you've got to set a goal that is rational and has time boundary.for example,you got 60 on your last final exam and you want to get 80 in this semester.then you should have a specific and strategic plan to translate these goals into tactical missions.you are going to spend 2 more hours on doing exercises and readings everyday than you did last semester.during the time you are executing the plan,you have to monitor and evaluate to see if it's effective and efficient.simultaneously do a few adjustments if necessary.you reached the goal,go on setting a higher goal circularly.
