强调的重点不一样有一根管子，壁厚的写是round，壁薄的写ring但不知怎叫感觉在形容尺寸的时候可以用round。对比而言round比较丰满，ring比较骨感。牛津里面round的解释是球形，圆形--shaped like a circle or a ball，ring则是环形，解释中有一点强调的是说中间有个大大的洞--an object in the shape of a circle with a large hole in the middle。我想你这里不排除有术语的可能。
