1.Party B confirms that the address provided herein shall be the mailing address to which Party A deliver related documents if the same cannot be serviced directly to Party B (including but not limited to the condition that Party B refuses the same or his/her whereabouts is unknown).
2.Party B agrees that in case of communication difficulties (including but not limited to the condition that Party B is hospitalized or has lost personal freedom),the "emergency contact person" at the beginning of the contract of mandate shall be Party B's attorney,who shall have the authority to accept amicable settlement or intermediation as well as to receive and sign on related documents.
