As for the water (usage) charges/bill querry .We will replace the faulty plumbing parts in the toilet/ washroom/bathroom ,which you claimed to be the cause of the unusual higher water charges/bill.
After replacement of the faulty parts,if the water charges/bill return to normal ,we will then refund the difference .And if the charges/bill still the same as in Feburary ,this proves the unusual higher water charges/bill did not cause by the faulty parts .
The renting contract is due for renewal in a year's time ,please let me know your decision on this matter as soon as possible .
