Nowadays,people use computers to work at home instead of going to office.some think that it is beneficial to exmployees but not to employers.To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Recently there is no denying fact that most of office work depends on computers.Thereby employees can work at home instead of going to office.Some people claim that this kind of work style is beneficial to employees but not to employers.As far as I am concerned,it is good for both of them,for the following reasons.
On one hand,this modern work style releases employees from the high tension work place.They will feel much more comfortable to work at their sweet home.There is no more punch in and out,nor unreasonable blame from the boss.By the time finished work,they are free man.Furthermore,“working at home” provides the diabled people mire opportunities as well.With laptops,they are able to prove themselves as successful as normal people.As result,the new work style reshapes the whole work process.Offices probable transform into housing area.It sounds good for society as a whole.
On the other hand,employers seem unhappy with all the staff out of supervision.Fortunitely,a recent scientific survey is convinced that working alone is more efficient than woring in meaningless chats and laughters.It will save half time when woring without interruption and distraction by colleagues.Better news is employers can not only save money from rent of office but also the cost of emplyees’ transports and lunches.It means for the sake of money,it is not too bad to boss.
To conclude,I would say though working at home requires people have self-control work schedule,it is benefitial to both employees and employers when they put the harts on efficiency and highly productivity.
