There is a trend that more and more people nowadays perfer to rent a room rather than buy one.Although as we all know ture that renting room has lots of advantage.Personaly still consider buy one apartment or house is more suitable for common life.
To the major disadvantage of renting is lack of control over the property.The owners or managers of the property are responsible for repairs and general upkeep; if they do not do this well and promptly,you might be stuck with unpleasant or even unsafe living conditions for some period of time.Property owners can raise the rent whenever,making your costs higher.They can also put restrictions on the property,such as not allowing children or pets,and not permitting you to do redecorating.Another important thing need to be attention,renting is not a long time steady way for living,especially during the time of getting marry and rising children up.
On the contrary,the mainly advantage of renting is that people can make their own decision depends on various situation.For example,as a young person,may more likely to move rather frequently due to job changes and family changes,etc.It is easier to move quickly when you are renting,because leases for rentals are easier to get out of than selling a home.Although those state are necessary.People probably will get financial loss from a place to another.
To sum all conditions up.Except some special situation or financial problem,renting is not a good selection for people no matter ages careers or numbers of family.
