Protocol of final delivery and acceptance signed by both Parties as referred to in Article 2.5 of this Contract above; OR,in the event of disagreement,confirmation of such final delivery and acceptance of all Goods and Services by internationally recognized surveyor as referred to in Article 2.5 of this Contract above.
