How to be healthy?
I think I am very healthy.Do you want to know how I keep healthy Let me tell you :
1.Take exercise in the open air three times a day.
2.Eat more fresh vegetables ,fruit and less meat.Never eat junk food.
3.I go to bed early and get up early.Every day I sleep for more than nine hours.I think having a good sleep is very important.
4.I often wash my hands before eating.
That's the secret that how I keep healthy.
I think having a good habit in your life can make you stronger and help you study better.
