sing是个系动词,后面可以加形容词,作为状语.
同样的例子还有很多：I am feeling better等等
动词后确实一般加副词,但是也可以加别的,并不一定.sing 后跟副词对吗也没问题。比如 she sings loudly, she sings well（well此时是adv）.
