Complaint Letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you about the alarm clock .I ordered it through your mail order list on February.The alarm clock arrived at my house safely six days ago and worked well for the first few days but now there was something wrong with it.
When I turn off the alarm,it keeps on buzzing.I have read the instructions before I set it and I am sure that I have set the alarm in the right way.
I am returning the alarm clock by post and would be thankful if you could send another one to me.
