1.一般来说,出题者的意图是考receive,receive意思是收到邀请,用accept的话是说接受邀请,反正我也觉的这题有点不太合理
2.had she been 表状态,had she gone表动作,题目问的就是她去了哪里,强调的是那时候的状态,而不是那个动作
3.这个题我觉的出的不好,但可能它考的就是过去时吧
