Abstract：Communication with the essence of research and analysis of the main role of the main form of communication,and analyses the performance goal for the implementation of the importance of the functions,affirming in the performance goal for the process.finally,the importance of this article from human resource management of the performance management,analyses the performance of the need for continuity and effectiveness,and then discussed how to promote the realization of communication performance management.
