In the event of any dispute or difference of opinion,the parties shall use their best efforts to settle such dispute or
difference of opinion amicably by negotiation.
However,any dispute or difference of opinion which cannot be amicably and satisfactorily by negotiation in spite of the best efforts used by the parties,shall be finally settled by local Arbitration committee.
