I hear you are the architect who is designing for the new station.I'm writing to give you some advice for the station.I would like you to consider the following things.
Specials seats should be arranged for the old,the kids and the people with disabilities,so they can have a rest in time.
Wash rooms should be built with aisles and the disabled could go in and out easily.The taps should be low enough for the disabled to wash hands.
Aisles should be built to the buses.Those in wheelchairs can go to the buses directly.
