（第一段）It was a busy morning,about 8:30,when an elderly gentleman in his 80s,came to the hospital.I heard him saying to the nurse that he was in a hurry as he had an appointment（约会）at 9:00 am.
(第二段)The nurse had him take a seat in the waiting area,telling him it would be at least 40 minutes before some one would be able to see him.I saw him looking at his watch and,since I was not busy –my patient didn’t turn up at point hours,I would exam his wound.While taking care of his wound,I asked him if he had another doctor’s appointment.The gentleman told me no and told me that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife.He told me that she had been there for a while and that she has special disease.
