I'm currently living abroad and the feeling of homesick always strikes me.This the first time that I am far away from my family.At this moment I am studying abroad for 6 months.The feeling of being out of place creeps up on me quite often.I miss my family and friends terribly.I miss my favorite homemade food.I miss my bed at home.Nonetheless,I always try to flip my feelings to the positive.I keep telling myself that the reason I have homesick is because I have parents that love me so much.I would then think about what my parents wished for me,and what should I do for my best.I'm sure this experience of independence is very beneficial for me,and I will deal with the homesickness and become a greater mature person soon.
