10\x05This AGREEMENT shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11\x05Disputes arising in connection with or as a result of this AGREEMENT,and which are not resolved by mutual agreement,shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules.Unless otherwise agreed,such arbitration shall take place in London,England,and be conducted in the English language
