In this paper,"Property Law" on China's real estate registration system for legislative defects and improve the legislation will be discussed.that formulate a unified real estate registration law,the establishment of a unified real estate registration,standardize property registration procedures,perfect registry liability system to ensure that real estate transactions,security and safeguarding rights and interests of the parties has important significance.
