对方（买家）的商务英语并不是特别地道,但大概意思也能了解.
一般国际贸易上关于付款方式的正规说法大致分为 L/C（开立信用状）、D/P （付款交单）、D/A（承兑交单）,其中还存在即期（at sight）或远期（XX days after sight）之分,最主要的日期都是和提交整套相应单据有关,最主要的自然是船运公司出具的提单（B/L Bill of Lading）
这里对方的意思就是：初次交易只会接受“见单即付全额”的方式,也就是不愿预付任何金额.现在和中国的供应商付款方式都是60天,至于具体用什么银行工具（L/C 想来是最可能的）并未说明就是了.60天的付款方式是很难搞定的。我是这样回复客户的for the payment terms. we accept "100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight" . other we have much risk. we donnt like to take more risk for the first cooperate.然后在报价单上：By irrevocable L/C at sight opened throught a bank acceptable to the seller,100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight这样操作可以吗？除非客户对 "100% on sight B/L" 有不同的解释，否则双方意思应该都一致啊。这句话 other we have much risk. we donnt like to take more risk for the first cooperate. 没什么必要，建议删除。如果说 We will gladly accept"100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight" as initial payment term.反而会让对方觉得舒心。反正，正常L/C 流程本来就是由卖方提供各种单据复印件，正本文件都是透过银行在收款后释出，书面文字该怎么写都有规范的。throught 是 through 之误，多了个t。60天付款说的是什么意思？是接到提单60天后吗？We currently receive 60 days from sight, from current china suppliers。就是这意思。对方说的是“目前和国内其他供应商往来”的付款方式。
