4.3 The Employer reserves the right to suspend you from work without pay on a temporary basis if this is considered necessary.You will be given not less than 24 hours notice of any such suspension.
4.4 You will normally be wording for 5 days as agreed in a week but may be required to work more than your normal hours.Any claim for overtime work must be specifically agreed and approved in writing by the Director or the General Manager of the Employer,subject to his discretion.

5.1 You will be required to work ate the Employer’s premises at Unit3White Hart Arcade,Launceston,Cornwall,PL15 8AA or such other locations in the United Kongdom\Europe as the Employer may from time to time require.
