Well,firstly I not in favor of the view of sleeping over until lunch time.There is famous proverb says that "an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening."Thus we can see the significance of the morning time.In the morning we can work more efficiently and effectively,such as reading and reciting.Moreover,when you sleep over time until lunch time,you will miss the breakfast which is very important to our health.For it furnishes 30%of the energy a man needed the whole day .No breakfast may also leads to some illness related to the stomach.From what has been talked above,we should not sleep oover lunch time.
