如果是小学的：
Today I didn't go to school.I was ill.I called the phone to my teacher,and then I saw doctor with my mother.
In hospital,the doctor asked me some questions.
Next,he gave me a bottle of medicine and a cup of water.
He said I was fever,I must stay in bed for two days.
I should drink a lot of water.
如果是初中的：
Today,I felt my body get very uncomfortable and I felt shivered.I knew I should be sick,I had to call my teacher,please a half-day off and went to the hospital.
In hospital,the doctor gave me a detailed inspection,asked me some questions,then gave me a bottle of medicine and a cup of water to drink,and told me the medicine to eat twice a day.I thanked the doctor and went home.
