Will only produced,based on Flowserve´s Guidelines and is only for our Pumps respectively our hydraulics for the purpose of the transportation of the injected/pumped water.
1) Analysis Certificate - Mill Test Reports (it is always with the SASO inspector when he
inspects the pipe.)
2) Type of Pipe - steel ASTM A53
3) Their application - usage - These pipes are for water injection pumps.
4) It is steel or mixed?- It is always steel
5) Is it welded or unwelded?- It is ERW (electric resistance welded)
6) The process of manufacturing - The coil or strip of steel is heated so it can be formed and
welded.The weld is then cooled.
