∵cos（α+β）=sin（α-β），
∴cosαcosβ-sinαsinβ=sinαcosβ-cosαsinβ，

∴（sinα-cosα）（cosβ+sinβ）=0，
∵α、β均为锐角，
∴cosβ+sinβ＞0，
∴sinα-cosα=0，
∴tanα=1．
