other 后面接名词 比如other students表示 另外的学生,没有特指意思
如果是变成others 可以省略后面的students根据前文表示 另外的学生
两者前面+ the, the other students意思是在特指的一群学生中,除一些外的另外一些,EX: Half of the students in our school like play football,while the other students(others) like paly basketball.
another表示 除两者外的另一个.
EX:
----Is this coat suitable?
----I'm afraid not. please give me another(coat).
有泛指的意思.
