In many countries,good school and medical facilities are only available in cities.To improve this kind of condition,many people argue that all of the new teachers and doctors should work in rural areas for several years.Others disagree because everyone has the right to choose his own job.Discuss the both of the ideas and what is your opinion?

Nowadays,with the wide gap between the urban and rural areas in educational and medical facilities level,quite a sizable amount of people concern more about how to eliminate the gap and claim that more teachers and doctors should engaged in the improvement of educational level and medical condition in countries,especially for the graduates; While others argue that everyone have the rights to choose their own way for life.As a result,before my revealing the viewpoint,it is imperative to understand the arguments of the two sides.
The opponents of former view believe that nobody and communities could force others to change the favorite lifestyles and jobs,unless they commit a crime.Just like somebody could choose to devote their whole lift into the rural construction in order to keep pact with the city improvement; others also have their own rights to decide whether to improve their further career in the city or in the rural area.Further more,the graduates who determine to teach students or cure patients in the city,it is also a kind of devotion to the society development and national construction.
While the proponents of the former view held the opinion that rapid improvement of country nowadays it is the significant task at the current situation,especially for good school and modern medical facilities.As graduates,fostered by our nation,we should take the responsibility to improve their life standard and give their more chance to obtain the equal education and medical care with the people in the cities.Besides that,the experience of working in the countries is also a effective way to exercise the youth mentally and physically and help them to be more independent in the society.As a result,they will be more confidence to face with the challenges and difficulties in the future life and succeed ultimately.
Compare the opinions of the two sides; I prefer the former one is more reasonable.I firmly convinced that the graduates should involve in more to improve the level of school and hospital in rural areas.What’ more,the school should offer more specific curriculum about ethic,social attitude and value opinion,in order to improve their social responsibilities as a whole.
