4.WARRANTIES
The “SELLER” represents and warrants to the “BUYER” that:-
VEHICLE CONDITION REPORT (Vehicle Quality Report)
* Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches & dents inherent for their year and mechanical parts to fail.“SELLER” has been made every effort to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to the “BUYER”.“SELLER” has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle in writing.
4.1 OBLIGATIONS OF SELLER
The “SELLER” shall ensure that all vehicle(s) purchased by the “BUYER” of the reasonable satisfaction.
Refund Policy - Mr.Juergen Krahe,Passport-No.:605882863 is oblige and undertake to give to the “BUYER” a full refund for any vehicle which do not fulfill the description made under Vehicle Over View/Vehicle Condition Report (Vehicle Quality Report).
In the event of dispute as to the Reasonable Satisfaction of the condition of used vehicles an independent international registered automobile expert report or finding shall be final
All refund is base on the price for the vehicle(s) paid by “BUYER” plus the amount of shipping cost including insurance within maximum two(02) weeks upon of claim(s).
Krahe Consulting and Mr.Juergen Krahe (Germany Passport-No.:605882863) jointly and severally will undertake and warrant the “BUYER” to refund all payment made by the “BUYER” for any non-delivery(s) or cost,if any within Two(02) months of the “BUYER” request in writing.
4.2 GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement as well as the single transaction entered into on the basis of this Agreement are subject to and governed by the laws of Singapore.
