when we talk about the way to relax ourselves,different people have different ideas.
since we are facing more and more stress nowaday.There are many ways to relax.Such as doing some exercises,reading an interesting book,talking with your family members,going shopping and doing some houseworks.For me,i like listening to the music and watching movies to relax myself in my spare time.
There are two reasons to explain it.First,i have great interested in the pop music.whenever I listen to it,I will feel really enjoy the melody and comfortable.Second,I read a lot of stories when I was young because i like reading stories very much,therefore I usually wating movies in my spare time.
