It is expressly agreed by Party B that all Confidential Information provided hereunder is and shall remain Party A's property and that nothing herein contained shall be deemed either to convey to Party B benefit any rights under any patents,patent applications,know-how,trademarks owned by Party A or to grant Party B any right to manufacture or distribute the product in any country or enter into any license or other business agreement.
