用to remind作目的状语话,应该写为：therefore notices have been placed at various location to remind the public not to feed wild monkeys .就是说不定式前面没有逗号的；而本题用了现在分词短语的reminding the public not to feed wild monkeys做伴随状语,前面要有逗号和其他部分隔开.
